For my Motion Graphics class, I created a video commercial for Bath & Body Works' Fall Collection. The goal was to produce a warm and inviting ad that would generate excitement for the season and highlight the comfort and self-care the brand represents. The commercial was designed to appeal primarily to women aged 18 to 50 who enjoy creating a cozy atmosphere at home.


The concept focused on transporting viewers into a calming autumn space. I used warm fall colors, soft transitions, and soothing music to evoke a sense of peace and comfort. My message was simple: Bath & Body Works has everything you need to make your home feel warm, cozy, and smell amazing this fall.


I illustrated each scene in Photoshop, then brought the commercial to life using After Effects. It was my first time working with motion graphics, which made storyboarding and animating a real learning experience. I had to shift my thinking from static design to motion, which was challenging but rewarding. I also recorded the voiceover myself and had fun experimenting with different tones to match the commercial's gentle and peaceful vibe.
